When you choose Aspirely Growth, LLC, you're choosing a partner committed to high-quality service and transparent expectations. This policy explains how we deliver our services, our timelines, and how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Service Delivery
Aspirely Growth primarily delivers digital and managed services, including review automation, Google Business Profile management, web design, and local SEO consulting. Service activation timelines vary by offering:
- Review Automation — Onboarding typically completed within 5–7 business days of receiving required access and content.
- Google Business Profile Management — Initial audit and optimization delivered within 7–10 business days; ongoing management begins immediately after.
- Website Design — Project timelines are outlined in your individual proposal, typically 3–6 weeks depending on scope.
- Strategy Calls & Audits — Scheduled within 1–3 business days of booking.
Specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines for each engagement are documented in the proposal or service agreement you receive before work begins.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve significant up-front strategy, account setup, and configuration, refunds are handled as follows:
- Monthly recurring services — Non-refundable for the current billing month. You may cancel future months at any time (see Cancellation Policy below).
- Project-based work (e.g., website builds) — Refunds for unstarted milestones are available; completed milestones and deposits covering discovery, strategy, and design work are non-refundable.
- Strategy calls and audits — Free unless otherwise stated; paid audits are non-refundable once delivered.
- Digital products and courses — Sold on a strict no-refund basis once access has been granted.
If you're not satisfied with a service, please email contact@aspirelygrowth.com within 7 days and our team will work with you to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any ongoing monthly service with 30 days' written notice sent to contact@aspirelygrowth.com. Your service will continue through the end of your current paid period, and you will not be billed again after the notice period concludes.
For project-based engagements, cancellation terms follow the milestone schedule in your signed proposal. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.
Failed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to contact you and re-process the charge. Services may be paused if a balance remains unpaid for more than 7 days. Once payment is resolved, services resume with no additional setup fees.
Physical Products (When Applicable)
If you order any physical add-ons from us — such as branded review request cards, QR code signage, or printed materials — the following apply:
- Shipping — Orders ship within 2–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is provided when available.
- Delivery — Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Canadian and international orders may take longer due to customs.
- Returns — Unused, undamaged physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless defective.
